Our Return Policy

 

The products sold on this website are all consumables and items for personal private use. In order to protect the interests of you and other consumers, we will not be able to return or exchange purchased toys and products except for obvious defects of the products. Please read the relevant text description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us in time and we will serve you warmly. If you have any questions about the quality of the product or how to use the product during use, please contact our customer service staff directly for answers.

 

What if the item has obvious defects?

 

If you find an item with obvious defects within 7 days of purchase, such as obvious cracks, no response, and no vibration, please take photos or videos and send them to us in time. We will verify with the manufacturer. If it is confirmed that it is a product defect, we will return it. To meet the return conditions, your item must include all original items, parts and packaging, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.

 

We cannot return or exchange it if it is damaged due to personal reasons of the buyer.

 

Please contact us via email: support@shoppingser.com. Since the items sold are private items, all returns will be destroyed and will never be repackaged and resold. We will complete the return process through the following steps.

Customer provides pictures or video evidence

We confirm and review with the manufacturer

Customer service contacts the customer to confirm whether the product can be returned or exchanged

Customer sends the product back (with complete spare parts packaging)

We confirm the returned product received

We send you a new product or refund the money or store credit
